About the event
Running fitness required, must have run a marathon previously or have proof of completed training runs leading up to the event. Must also have some experience on marked trails/off road running. Trail shoes and waterproof jacket is essential. Average pace 9.30-11 min per mile with some speedy uphill walking if required on the ascents.
Meet at Whins Lane for a 9am Start.
Toilets available twice on the route.
